Set opposite the owners farmhouse in a peaceful, private location at the end of a track, this recently converted detached granite cottage is ideal for a holiday in this paradise.

It is very close to the coastal footpath which passes Pendeen lighthouse, Geevor, Levant and Botallack mines(both in line for world Heritage status)and Cape Cornwall with its famous golf course. Immediately surrounded by 10 acres of gardens and meadows and thousands of acres of moorland beyond, yet minutes from the sea. A stream meanders around the pretty south facing garden into a wild life pond and from the patio the unmistakable old mining engine houses can be seen in the distance.

Upon entering the cottage a very spacious porch greets you which opens into a large open plan living room with solid oak floors and A-frame ceilings, complete with a magnificent bespoke kitchen featuring granite worktops and Belfast sink. The sitting area boasts a cosy wood-burner – ideal for cooler out-of-season evenings after a day exploring. The two double bedrooms are at separate ends of the cottage, while the twin room is next to the bathroom, the master bedroom boasts a contemporary ensuite wet-room.All of these rooms are lit by sunk in downlights providing a very mellow look, and travertine limestone floors in both washing rooms, the utility room and shower walls add to it.
